A slow 3 before Miami

Ran a slow 3 miles to test out some junk i may carry for the half in miami.

-i can run 9 min/mile for 13.1 miles right?
-wish i was not going alone
-where will i park with only 15k people running
-please direct me to the bathrooms at 4 am when i arrive at the race
-i see that i am much happier to be around when i run than when i dont

Off to miami sat at 6am to get my number and bag full of jun* uhh cool stuff!....

11 miles in the rain...1/23/09

Not only was it 11 miles....but it was raining for 6 of them.

My random thoughts:
-my shoe is too tight
-does that car see me?
-don't worry about your time
-not sure i like this new route
-i hope that bird does not c**p on me
-was that only 4 miles?
-why will this earbud not stay in?
-it's not raining that hard
-can't wait for my new water bottles to arrive
-work!! work!! work!!
-now it's raining hard!! REALLY HARD!!
-my family
-work!! work!!
-haiti
-my shoes suddenly feel very heavy
-not a fan of wet shirts, shorts, socks, shoes, wristbands
-potato chips
-kyle's b-day
-that armadillo should have ran faster
-miami
